Fredrik Andersch

CEO

Fredrik has over 25 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology, both in the Nordic region and internationally.

Roles Fredrik has held include Regional Director Meda AB, Country President AstraZeneca Thailand, Country President AstraZeneca Austria, Area Director Balkan&Baltics AstraZeneca, Business Development Director AstraZeneca.

Education: Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, Chalmers. Further studies in Literature and Political Science, University of Gothenburg and Stockholm University.

Malin Hollander

CFO

Malin has more than +20 years of operational experience from leading financial positions, including as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Kry's Nordic office with responsibility for finance, analysis, IT, purchasing, legal and real estate. Malin has held roles such as CFO/Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PBM Sweden AB, CFO/COO at Medlink and Interim Financial Controller at Spotify.

Clas Lindbergson

Head of Business Development

With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Worked with Sandoz, Norvartis and Pfizer in different sales and marketing roles, Nordic CEO for Eisai AB, Co-founder of Ergobe Pharma/Unimedic Pharma. Since December 2016 part of FrostPharma.

Rebecka Grund

CCO

Rebecka has 20+ years of experience in the life science field, in roles such as Sales Manager, Business Unit Manager, Franchise Lead and Transformation Lead, at AstraZeneca, Meda and Roche, among others. The experience ranges from major common diseases such as respiratory, pain and gastro, to oncology, hematology and rare diseases.
Rebecka is an economist, behavioral scientist and coach.

Anna Machado

Head of QA/PV

Anna is a licensed pharmacist with almost 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Anna has worked as a pharmacist in pharmacies both in Sweden and France and has been the manager of a pharmaceutical distribution center on an island in the Caribbean. In the pharmaceutical industry, Anna has held roles in regulatory, pharmacovigilance and marketing compliance but above all Anna has worked as an expert (RP/QP) in the field of quality.
Anna has worked for companies such as Sanofi, Roche, McNeil and Recordati.

Ewa Sarhede

Head of RA

Ewa has 30+ years of experience in the life science field, in REG/QA/PV and drug development in roles such as Head Regulatory Affairs EU, Director REG/QA/PV and expert (QP/RP).

Ewa has worked in pharmaceutical companies such as Ferring, Concordia International, Abboxia, Abcur and in CMDOs.

Ewa has a M.Sc in Chemical Engineering, Lund.

Johan Sauer

Head of WoodSafe

Johan has over 20 years of experience in business development, strategy and B2B sales both in the Nordic region and internationally.

Johan has held roles such as Global Head of Sales Mips, Global Category Business Lead Mips, Managing Director Recco AB

Carolina Söderlund

Head of Supply

With 25 years in the life science and consumer health industries and over a decade as a leader in global organizations, I have deep experience in navigating complex situations, driving change, and leading teams through high demands and rapid shifts.

I have led leaders, built teams, driven transformation, and worked closely with management on strategic decisions. That background means I quickly understand both the human and organizational dimensions of leadership.
